1. Order Cancellation Rights
Buyers may cancel their order free of charge under the following conditions:
- The order status is in WAITING or ACCEPTED state prior to dispatch.
- Cancellations can be performed directly from your account under My Orders > Cancel Order.
- Once an order status reaches DISPATCHED or OUT FOR DELIVERY, cancellation is no longer permitted due to perishable dispatch rules.
2. Delivery & Shipping Timelines
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM inside Kathmandu Valley are delivered on the same day.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 11:00 AM are delivered the following morning.
- Delivery Fee Disclosure: Delivery charges and packaging fees are calculated based on location and weight, and fully disclosed at checkout prior to payment.
3. Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or buyer unavailability after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a partial delivery fee may apply.
